You can trust that any and all drawings sent to us via facsimile, mail, electronically or otherwise are considered privileged information. We will agree to sign a confidentiality statement with all of our new clients. It is simply an extension of the Attorney Client Privilege.
This promise we make to our clients does however limit us to what we could show in our portfolio. Our portfolio shows illustrations that we created and are currently accessible to the public in an issued patent.
We will never use any drawings issued, published or unpublished, pending, abandoned or otherwise to provide possible new clients with a sample of our work. The only samples we provide are the samples seen on this website.
